Victoria, Creative Director & Owner

Victoria holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in marketing and communications from High Point University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Christopher Newport University, and a certification in color consulting. She has a decade of hands-on experience and has worked across the interior design, beauty, hospitality, wedding, craft beverage & wine, music, and animal welfare industries. Most notably, she served as VP of Marketing for a respected textile brand in High Point, NC and had the honor of being a recurring guest speaker for a social media course at High Point University.

Zofia, Assistant Creative Director

Zofia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Indiana University and is currently studying Art Direction at the VCU Brandcenter. She enjoys collaborating with businesses to develop unique and exciting branding solutions. She believes in the power of hard work—and a strong latte. In her free time, she spends time with her cat, Mayzie, and loves browsing great ads while thinking, “Wow, I wish I had thought of that.”

Alexa, Project Support

Alexa is a Marketing and Event Planning Integration double major at James Madison University. She founded the St. Jude’s Club, earned a spot on the President's List, and served as Vice President of Member Experience and Health, Wellness, and Accountability in her campus organization.

Lauren, Content Creator

Lauren is a Senior Media Arts and Design major at James Madison University. She has earned a spot on the President’s List, served on the Communications Team for InterVarsity, and worked on creative teams for JMU Sports, JMU Dining, and the College of Science and Engineering. She has photographed weddings and Division I collegiate athletics and specializes in portrait photography. In her free time, she loves spending time with her cat, Marie, and trying new coffee shops.

Behind The Name

Originally from Hampton Roads, Victoria spent several years in North Carolina pursuing her master’s degree and now calls the Shenandoah Valley home. She felt drawn to the area, continuing her grandmother’s story, who spent many years here and was ironically, named “Virginia.”
